Rolls-Royce: Digital & Data

Another big project for Rolls-Royce involved revamping their careers messaging so that it appealed more to the digital talent they’re increasingly trying to attract.  

While Rolls-Royce is obviously a brand of some prestige, it doesn’t necessarily spring to mind as a place for digital pioneers (in the way that, say Google or IBM do). Digital/data though is actually becoming as important to Rolls’ continued success as their engineering – some of the stuff they’re doing in that sphere is pretty mind-blowing.
